YOU HAVE A COWORKING MEMBERSHIP
Which Mug can I get into with my pass?
A coworking pass gives you access to our four centres in Brussels and Enghien. Just ask for your access codes and you’ll be at home everywhere!
Is there always room in the coworking spaces?
Yes, we’ve fully assessed the capacity of each centre. You’ll always have a place in the sun with us!
Are the meeting rooms free for me?
Our centres have several meeting rooms to enable you to receive your clients and colleagues in the best possible conditions. As a coworker, you have free access for 10 hours a month.
Is access to the centres 24 hours a day?
The answer is yes for three of our centres: at the Mug Schuman, the Mug Flagey and the Mug Enghien, your code gives you access to the building at any time of the day or night. At the Phare du Kanaal, access to the coworking area corresponds to the restaurant’s opening hours.
Is there somewhere to make a quiet phone call?
At Schuman and Flagey, you have access to phone rooms where you can make calls in peace and quiet. At Enghien and the Phare du Kanaal, you can reserve a meeting room for this purpose free of charge by contacting our centre managers.
YOU RENT AN OFFICE
Are the offices all inclusive of charges?
We are keen to offer you the most comprehensive experience. The office rent includes the cost of gas and electricity, as well as weekly cleaning.
Are the meeting rooms free for me?
Our centres have several meeting rooms to enable you to receive your clients and colleagues in the best possible conditions. As an office tenant, you have free access to them (between 15 and 25 hours/month, depending on the package).
Is access to the centres 24 hours a day?
Yes, you have your own code and keys, so you can come and work whenever you like 365 days a year.
YOU HAVE A REGISTERED OFFICE AT THE MUG
Are you a company service provider approved by the FPS Economy?
Yes.
I’ve registered my company at The Mug. What are the advantages?
Having your registered office at The Mug gives you access to the centre where you have set up your business. Sit down in the dining room to open your mail and enjoy a coffee/tea.
How can I domicile my business with you?
